Point Cottages are a cluster of self-contained holiday retreats in a superb location just 40 yds from a magnificent sandy beach at Bamburgh, Northumberland.

Each Bamburgh Cottage has its own unique atmosphere and is named after a local historic place or person. Situated next to a beautiful Golf Course on the edge of Bamburgh and only a short journey away from many other attractive links courses at Embleton, Foxton (Alnmouth) and Seahouses

Here at Point Cottages , we welcome pets with very well behaved owners! Pets are allowed in all our cottages for a small charge from £7.50 per dog per night.

Lindisfarne Cottage, one of our medium-sized cottages, is a picturesque haven offering breathtaking sea views. This charming retreat provides a perfect blend of comfort and serenity. With its inviting living spaces, cosy bedrooms, and well-appointed amenities, Lindisfarne Cottage ensures a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Cuthbert Cottage, one of our medium-sized cottages, offers a comfortable and inviting space. Located on award winning Seafield Caravan Park in Seahouses, Northumberland, The Ocean Club offers health, fitness and wellbeing for everyone.

Their health and fitness facilities will improve your overall sense of wellbeing, general fitness and state of mind with inclusive facilities, activities and a first class service all under one roof.

Their indoor swimming pool is 1.2 metres deep and sessions include family splash time, lane swimming & twilight swimming, Adults can also relax and enjoy the tropical temperatures of the sauna, steam room and spa pool. An air-conditioned gym, open daily from 8am. Equipped with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment by Precor and Technogym including state-of-the art treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and adaptive motion trainer (AMT) by Precor, concept 2 rowing machines, WATT bike, Keiser spin bike, FTS Glide functional training system, wall mounted riot rig plus much more and we also have free weights up to 40kg.

The Ocean Club Coffee Shop / Bistro is open daily from 9am. Our menu includes a delicious selection of homemade food including soup, sandwiches & toasties, main dishes, salads, pizzas, kids meals and daily specials. Breakfast is served daily from 9-11am. Free WIFI is available. Please note we don’t take table bookings. Don’t forget we are pet friendly so there’s no need for your four legged friends to miss out!
